1. Scope and publisher

BEECH CREEK (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes and operates mobile games, applications, websites, and related support services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to all our current and future Services that link to it. A specific feature may also display a supplemental notice explaining additional processing.

This policy describes the categories of information that may be processed across the Services. Not every Service collects every category. Processing depends on the features you use, the app version, your device, your region, and the providers integrated into the particular Service. Please also review the Data Safety disclosure on the applicable app-store listing.

2. Information you provide

  • Support and correspondence: your email address, messages, attachments, screenshots, device information, and other details you voluntarily send when contacting us.
  • Profiles and content: a nickname, settings, saved records, or other information you choose to provide where the Service offers those features.
  • Purchase verification: store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, and receipts if needed to provide purchased content or resolve a billing issue. Payments are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
  • Feedback: survey responses, bug reports, feature suggestions, and other feedback you submit.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information through game profiles, free-text fields, or ordinary support messages.

3. Device, gameplay, and technical data

Where the relevant Service or an integrated provider uses analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or online functionality, the following information may be processed:

  • Device and app information: device model, operating system, app version, language, country or region, screen and network characteristics, app-instance identifiers, and advertising or other device identifiers where permitted.
  • Gameplay and activity: sessions, screens viewed, progress, scores, level attempts, item usage, purchases, reward claims, ad interactions, and feature usage.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports, errors, load times, performance measurements, and related technical logs.
  • Network and approximate location: IP address and broad location inferred from network signals, where used for security, regional settings, analytics, or advertising. This does not mean every Service requests precise GPS location.

Some settings and game progress may remain only on your device. Local storage is different from information transmitted to us or our providers. Uninstalling a game, clearing its data, or changing devices may remove local progress permanently.

4. Why information is used

  • Run the Services, remember preferences, save or restore progress where supported, and deliver requested features.
  • Provide purchases, verify transactions, and prevent misuse of payment or reward systems.
  • Understand usage, improve game balance, diagnose crashes, and maintain performance.
  • Deliver and measure advertising, manage frequency, and detect invalid traffic, subject to applicable choices and consent requirements.
  • Respond to support requests, investigate bugs, and communicate about your request.
  • Protect users and systems, prevent fraud and cheating, enforce the Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on providing the requested Service, legitimate interests such as reliability and fraud prevention, compliance with law, or consent. When consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it through available controls or by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

5. Advertising, analytics, and local storage

Some Services contain ads, rewarded ads, in-app purchases, or third-party analytics. Depending on the integration and applicable law, providers may use identifiers, approximate location, device details, app activity, and ad-interaction data to serve ads, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, or provide aggregate reports.

Where required, consent or privacy-choice controls are presented before the relevant optional processing. Non-personalized ads may still use limited technical information for delivery, frequency control, and fraud prevention. Rewarded-ad availability can vary; declining an optional rewarded ad means the associated optional reward may not be available.

Our website stores your light/dark theme preference locally in your browser. This preference is not used as a user account or shared across devices by this website. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request data, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver pages and protect the service. Individual apps may use additional local storage or provider technologies described in their notices.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information may be disclosed to providers supporting hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, customer support, security, or app-platform operations, where those functions are used. Providers may act on our instructions or process certain information under their own policies, depending on their role.

  • App stores: downloads, account activity, store reviews, billing, refunds, and purchase authentication are subject to the store’s policies.
  • Legal and security purposes: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud and abuse.
  • Business transfers: information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of relevant assets, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.
  • Your instruction: information may be shared when you direct us or consent to a particular disclosure.

Some advertising disclosures may qualify as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even without a monetary payment. Applicable choices depend on your location and the Service’s actual processing. External websites and services have their own privacy practices.

7. Permissions and your choices

  • Review or revoke app permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may affect a feature that needs it.
  • Use device and platform advertising controls to limit personalization, reset or delete the advertising identifier, or manage tracking permissions where supported.
  • Change available in-app privacy, consent, or notification settings.
  • Clear local app data, remove local records where controls are provided, or uninstall. These actions may permanently remove progress and do not necessarily delete information already held by third-party providers.
  • Contact us for access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy requests.

Available controls vary by platform, operating system, app version, and provider. Our website’s theme setting can be removed by clearing this site’s browser storage.

8. Children’s privacy

Each Service’s intended audience, content rating, and store listing should be reviewed by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. Where a Service is directed to children or we know a user is below the applicable age of consent, child-specific limits on data collection, advertising, and third-party services apply as required.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information improperly can contact us with the relevant Service name and enough detail to locate the issue. We will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete or restrict that information where required. Please do not send additional sensitive information about a child unnecessarily.

9. Retention, security, and international processing

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including providing the Service, responding to support, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention varies by data type, Service, and provider. Local records remain on the device until removed by you, the operating system, or the applicable app’s retention behavior.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved. No device, network, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Security details may vary between Services; consult the relevant store disclosure rather than assuming every data flow uses identical protections.

We and our providers may process information outside your home country. Where required, transfers are subject to applicable safeguards, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

10. Privacy rights and deletion requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to know about processing, access information, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. You may also have rights to appeal a decision, use an authorized agent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Email us with the relevant Service name, the right you wish to exercise, and any information needed to identify your records. We may reasonably verify your identity or authority and ask for clarification. Do not include passwords or full payment details. We respond within applicable legal time limits. Some information may be unavailable because it is local-only, controlled independently by a provider, de-identified, or subject to a lawful retention exception.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to Services, providers, features, or applicable requirements. The updated date below the title identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. New releases are covered by this policy when they link to it; their specific data practices should still be reviewed in the applicable notices and store disclosures.
